The company was started in 1969 by Paul & Sandra Verbeck.
In 1992 Sandra Verbeck became the Sole Proprietor.
Lisa Kaleher joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner on January 1, 2000 and the firm was renamed Verbeck & Kaleher CPA’s Inc.
January 1, 2018 Lisa Kaleher purchased the remaining practice from Sandra Verbeck to allow for her retirement.
